Orders can be canceled within 1 Hour.

Please email our team [email protected] with your cancellation request as soon as possible.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order as it might already be in processing or shipment.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.

Changing your mind before an item is shipped.
It happens! If you place an order and change your mind before it is shipped out, we may still be able to cancel the order. Please contact us immediately if this happens. Please note that all order cancellations & returns are subject to a cancellation fee of 3% (U.K. Customers, or up to 4.7% (EU Customers).
